Unauthorized use of  ACARD \u2122 is committed trademark infringement. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> ACARD \u2122  was originally resisted since 2000 by ACARD Technology Corp.   There were many products  under ACARD \u2122 before, i.e. ODD duplicator controller, RAID controller, SCSI bridge.  Later the this brand name was transferred to Exin in Dec. 2019.  We are the owner of rights to the mark. Any other companies who are using the mark are considered violation of our right and must stop immediately.
